If you are playing at the table, the pit boss may sometimes offer several drinks. But, in general, there are no free drinks.
One thing I found on The Points Guy’s blog is that if I have status at land based casinos I can get benefits on the cruise, not the other way around.
For example, if I have status with the MGM Rewards program, I can get Royal Caribbean and Celebrity discounts, cruise credits, and even free cruises for higher tiers.

Smoking unfortunately. Many on-board casinos also allow smoking. This is the only place where you can smoke indoors. Although that changed to non-smoking on my recent cruises on Celebrity, Cunard, Oceania, Regent Seven Seas, Silversea and Seabourn.
Another similarity, unfortunately, is that if you come from the US, you have to pay taxes, even overseas. Generally, the cruise line — if you have a big win like more than $1,200 in payouts — will give you a standard IRS form. The rest is up to you. If you’re from the UK or elsewhere, you don’t have to pay tax because you don’t pay tax on your gambling winnings.
Another important similarity, and one that has proven to be a game changer for many, is the cruise line casino loyalty program.
